Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to leads and prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase our logistics services and understand their specific requirements.
- Foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Present competitive proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- SPM or above
- Mandarin speaker is preferable, as mostly deal with clients from China
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to deal issues independently
- Positive working attitude and responsibility
- Ability on multi-tasking and work independently
- At least 1year relevant working experience
