Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Filing of documentation, records, notes and all correspondence.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Know products thoroughly to answer questions.
  • Keep records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.

Requirements:

  • Mandarin speaker is preferable, as mostly deal with clients from China
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to deal issues independently
  • Positive working attitude and responsibility
  • Ability on multi-tasking and work independently
