Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Filing of documentation, records, notes and all correspondence.
- Managing inventories and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to inquiries.
- Know products thoroughly to answer questions.
- Keep records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
Requirements:
- Mandarin speaker is preferable, as mostly deal with clients from China
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to deal issues independently
- Positive working attitude and responsibility
- Ability on multi-tasking and work independently
